Terms of Service

Welcome to UAZIP! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the UAZIP website at uazip.com (the “Site”) and any related services we offer (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

  • Eligibility. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

  • License. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

3. User Content & Data

  • Search Queries & Inputs. You retain ownership of any data you submit (e.g., search queries, form inputs). By submitting data, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and analyze it to operate and improve the Service.

  • Public Forums. If the Service offers any community features (e.g., comments), you agree not to post private or sensitive information.

4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • “AS IS.” The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.

  • Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UAZIP and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

  • Maximum Liability. Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising under these Terms will not exceed $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, if any.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold UAZIP and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

6. Modifications & Termination

  • Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will reflect when changes were made. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

  • Termination. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, without notice, if you breach these Terms or for any other reason.

8. Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement. These Terms (together with our Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and UAZIP regarding the Service.

  • Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

  • Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
